A holistic approach for increasing the capacity to cooperate successfully

Cooperation is a skill that can be strengthened with practice, just as exercise strengthens the body or intellectual pursuits sharpen the mind. In a hectic world that so clearly needs better connection and less conflict, do you wish for more confidence in your own ability to truly cooperate - with your own impulses and with others?

Cooperation is an art. And as the workshop series title “Mastering the Art of Cooperation,” suggests, it is also a practice, one with skills that can be learned, embodied, and lived. Cooperation is not just a personal skill, a necessity for humans to survive, thrive and lead a harmonious, productive and joyful life. Through cooperation, we thrive – as individuals, as families, as colleagues, and as citizens.

Unlike other coaching and communications workshops, this program brings a fully embodied, or somatic approach to building confidence in cooperation while providing the tools and community to make the program successful. And because it's online, you have the flexibility to join wherever you are.

What You Can Expect

Seven Online Workshops
Held in our secure community meeting space, the training begins with practices that center the self—somatic tools to create balance and presence. These support greater capacity to cooperate under pressure, in conflict, and when triggered. Each session builds outward in scope—from self, to relationships with others, to community, and ultimately, the wider world.

Resources and Ongoing Support
You’ll receive a detailed guidebook with tools and insights for use during the training and beyond, plus access to our resource library with video recordings, articles, and checklists. Participants gain lasting value through community collaboration that continues long after the 7-session program ends.
