Edith Johnston PhD, I have assisted others in developing wellbeing for many years as a counselor, teacher, acupressurist, and mentor providing tools, such as ITP Kata.  I am a lifelong learner with multiple degrees, certifications, skills and specialties. I have had focus on disability adjustment, pain management, PTSD, and multifaceted aspects of grief.  I enjoy being in nature, exploring new places, reading, crocheting and adventuring with granddaughters.

Something ends. Something else begins. But in between, there is a Middle or Neutral Zone that can last days, weeks or years.
