Celebrate Integral Transformative Practice and this year's honorees at the 13th Annual For the Love of ITP benefit gala on May 5, 2026, 5 – 9 pm, at Falkirk Cultural Center in San Rafael, CA.

Join us for an evening of drinks, dinner, and merriment as we honor two remarkable members of the ITP community. We are proud to present Donita Decker with the George and Annie Leonard Service Award and Rich Sigberman with the Iconic Practitioner Award. We celebrate these individuals for who they are and what they contribute to the ITP community, ITP International, and the world.

Our 2026 Honorees

Donita Decker, ITP Mastery Teacher

Donita has been an ITP practitioner since 2001 and a co-leader of Community ITP for several years. She co-founded and has led the ITP group in San Rafael, CA since 2011, and was a member of the original team that formed the nonprofit in 2005. A contributor to the creation of the ITP Mastery program, she led sessions there for over ten years. As an ITP teacher, Donita has presented at ITP and LET workshops throughout the Bay Area and at Esalen Institute. She co-leads the ITPI Evolving You membership program, which supports ITP members from around the world on their evolutionary journey. She holds a Blue Belt in Nia and an MBA in Healthcare Administration.

Rich Sigberman, ITP San Rafael Member

Rich has been an ITP member since 2002, studying with George Leonard, Michael Murphy, and Annie Styron Leonard as an active member of Community ITP. He completed several cycles of Mastery in the Bay Area and the Heartland, along with Integral Leadership, the Journey of Practice series, and is a current participant in The Ki of Cooperation training. A dedicated member of ITP San Rafael for over two decades, he leads both presentations and the Kata for the group. Rich brings his gifts as an illustrator and artist to the ITPI community through work that appears regularly in newsletters, program announcements, and training materials.
