ITP Core Practice Challenge 2025

August 31 - November 22, 2025

You’re Invited to the 9th Annual ITP Core Practice Challenge
Kicking off Sunday, August 31, 2025

Join us for a 12-week journey of transformation and renewal, open to all levels of ITP practitioners. Led by Charlotte Hatch, ITP Mastery Teacher, this year’s Challenge blends Integral Transformative Practice (ITP), Leonard Energy Training (LET), and the Ki of Cooperation to support a sustainable, long-term practice.

Why participate?

From August 31 through Saturday, November 22, you’ll be invited to engage consistently with core ITP practices, Kata, aerobics, and strength training. This level of engagement may seem like a big ask, but many have found that rather than costing time, ITP actually gives time back. By cultivating greater balance and inner alignment, daily life becomes more focused, efficient, and easeful.

Life will still happen, travel, guests, unexpected events. In fact, when our first Challenge began in 2017, a hurricane hit Houston. Several participants experienced flooding and power outages, but they stayed engaged as best they could. Their experience reminded us of a powerful truth: it’s not about doing things perfectly, it’s about showing up with presence, care, and a willingness to staying on the path. Do what you can, when you can. That’s what this Challenge is all about.

What's included:

  • 12 weeks of guided practice
  • Solo or team participation
  • Online progress tracking
  • $35 entry fee

The Challenge is beginning soon, and more information will follow on what you can expect. This will include an introductory Zoom session to share details about the program and answer any questions you may have.

Let’s take this step together, with intention and love.

As George Leonard would say, "Let's do it!"
