Annual ITP Practice Challenge

August 27 - November 18, 2023

Registration closed.

Join us as we launch the Annual ITP Practice Challenge on Sunday, August 27. The 2023 twelve-week Challenge offers you new ways to explore and engage with the ITP core practice intentions, deepen your personal practice and integrate your whole being - body, mind, heart and soul - in community!

By registering for the Challenge, you provide a service to yourself by bringing integration and balance into your life and communities. You also help reinforce the power of integral practice around the globe. YeHo!

Let's Get Started!

To prepare for the Challenge, we ask that you look within and discover those parts of yourself that have been hidden from view and bring them into the light. Listen to their voices and use their energy to carry you forward on your transformative path.

How the Challenge works:

  • Enter as a solo practitioner or as part of a team you create or we help you create
  • Participate in weekly challenges that involve the ITP core practices, Leonard Energy Training principles and exercises drawn from the Ki of Cooperation program
  • Receive directions for engaging in the daily and weekly challenges, along with support
  • Track your progress online as a solo or team participant

As George Leonard would say, "Let's do it!"
