Integral Leadership Mastery Program

Mastering Life’s Transitions

August 21 – 23 in-person weekend retreat held in San Anselmo, CA, followed by online sessions every other Saturday through November 21.

ITP International presents Integral Leadership Mastery – Mastering Life's Transitions

Integral Leadership Mastery is a four-month leadership development experience for people who are living through significant change, professionally, personally, or both. Rather than teaching leadership as a collection of techniques, the program helps people become the kind of leader who can remain centered, intentional, and effective while life itself is changing

Drawing on the wisdom of Integral Transformative Practice® (ITP), a living platform for growth and self-evolution that cultivates all dimensions, body, mind, heart, and soul, you unlock new possibilities, build resilience, and move into the future with confidence and grace.

Life is in the transitions. Leadership is built there.

Integral Leadership Mastery Highlights

  • Recognize the transition you're actually living — what is ending, what is emerging, and what is asking to be developed
  • Find clarity and momentum through guided visioning
  • Learn through all of yourself — body, mind, heart, and soul — with journaling, reflection, mindful movement, somatic practice, and relaxation
  • Move through endings, messy middles, and new beginnings with integral practices drawn from ITP
  • Practice in a cohort of ten, with two individual coaching sessions and a partner who knows your story
  • Build an action plan grounded in ITP's 9 Core Practice Intentions — habits that hold long after November
  • Develop coaching and listening skills that serve both you and the people you support
  • Build the presence leadership rests on — body-based practices that carry personal authority and make a room feel safe enough to learn in
  • Step into your unique leadership style for effectiveness in a changing world

You don't have to navigate transition alone.
