At our 10th annual For the Love of ITP fundraiser, we honor our fearless leader, Pam Kramer, for growing and evolving our nonprofit since 2007 in her role as ITPI President, founding Board member, Mastery teacher, and ITP group leader. A student and friend of George Leonard and Michael Murphy, Pam led ITP workshops with George at Esalen Institute and continues her deep connection and collaboration with Michael.

An avid ITP practitioner since 2000, Pam is an ITP training program catalyst and collaborator. A presenter of over 40 workshops at Esalen Institute, she teaches in the US and abroad. Pam is engaged in teacher development and in bringing ITP and the Ki of Cooperation program to the workplace. An executive coach in the SF Bay Area, Pam is the proud co-author of Living an Extraordinary Life and is inspired by love, beauty and the magic of ITP. Pam and her husband, Rich Sigberman, have made their home a welcoming, loving space for ITPers to stay, create, practice and celebrate. 

Pam will be presented with the George and Annie Leonard Service Award for her profound dedication and infusion of energy and integrity to ITP and ITP International. We hope all who have been touched by Pam will come out to support and share in this momentous event.
