Integral Transformative Practice

Management Team
Pamela Kramer is the President and former Treasurer of ITP International
. She has been a performance consultant, career specialist and executive coach for the past 25 years and has a MS in counseling with an emphasis in Organizational Development. A certified ITP trainer, Kramer conducts workshops and programs on the extraordinary benefits of Integral Transformative Practice
. Together with George Leonard and Barry Robbins she has conducted ITP and LET workshops at Esalen Institute and is currently engaged in creating ITP groups around the country. Kramer has served as the Coordinator of Community ITP in Mill Valley, California, the first ITP group that evolved from the original ITP experimental study.
Barry Robbins is the Vice President of ITP International
. Robbins graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in psychology. He has worked in administration for 20 years in the field of law. He is a nationally ranked athlete with a 25-year background in yoga. Robbins teaches ITP workshops at Esalen Institute and other parts of the U.S. Robbins served for eleven years as Coordinator of Community ITP. A certified ITP and LET trainer, Robbins has taken the lead in facilitating the formation of several new ITP groups.
Max Gaenslen works with ITP International
on website, computer and data management projects. He earned a “Creativity and Entrepreneurship” degree from the business school at CSU Hayward, a major he created. Following, Gaenslen worked as a Business Development Consultant and Client Services Manager for international consulting firms specializing in small and medium sized enterprises. He currently works in a therapeutic day program for high school students. Gaenslen is one of the current presenters to ITP groups on the principles of ITP and LET.
Diana Schweickart is Project Manager for ITP International
. Schweickart earned a certification in Organizational Development and Transformation from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a BA in Anthropology from Pomona College. For the past 15 years, she has spearheaded projects for entrepreneurs, small businesses and non-profits. Schweickart participates in ITP workshops and has completed mindfulness training.
