Jonas Mago, PhD, is a meditation coach and computational neuroscientist. His research focuses on understanding how a wide range of contemplative practices shape both the brain's dynamics and the lived experience of practitioners. He is particularly excited by finding common patterns and mechanisms across practices, and by helping people connect to a deeper understanding of their own mind. He holds a PhD in neuroscience from McGill University, completed under the supervision of Dr. Michael Lifshitz and Dr. Karl Friston.
